How does it work?
Select your device repair, add it to your basket, proceed to the checkout, pay by card at the checkout. Once you have paid you will receive an order no./customer no. Please write down this number as it will need to be included with your device when you send it to us. You will then receive a confirmation email with instructions on sending your device to us. Package up your device and either include the number in the package or write it on the package. Then post the device to:
We recommend sending it to us via Royal Mail next day special delivery as it is insured. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you that we have received your device and we will begin repairing the device immediately. We will then notify you as soon as we have completed the repair and we send it back to you that day.
What does the warranty cover?
All of our repairs are carried out to the highest standard. Regardless of this we offer a free 12 month warranty on all repair work carried out for you peace of mind. We also give a 12 month warranty on all parts (except battery replacements and upgrades which is 3 months) just in case. Unfortunately we cannot cover the following:
– Damage due to misuse of the device, including physical or liquid damage
– Issues which are unrelated to the completed work.
– Devices which have been opened without our prior knowledge or consent.
– Issues relating to manufacturer faults, including software issues.
– Loss of data (please backup data prior to repair, we try our best not to delete any data)
If in the unlikely event that any physical damage is found when receiving your device, this must be reported on the same day of receipt by contacting us via email. This is a very strict policy as we must follow set procedures for any valid insurance claims.
How Long Does A Repair Take?
We aim to begin repairing your device as soon as we receive it. We understand how important your device is to you so we do our best to have your device repaired and on its way back to you within hours. Keeping you up to date every step of the way.
